Shot blasting machine of H-beam profile production line Equipment working principle and process：

When the machine is working, when the preparation work, that is, the dust removal system, the separator, the elevator, the roller table system, etc. start to operate in sequence, the shot blasting machine is turned on, and the equipment is ready for work. 

First, the workpiece is manually placed on the feeding rack by a crane or other device, and the workpiece is sent to the roller table by the feeding mechanism, and the workpiece advances through the roller table and enters the shot blasting chamber. There is a detection device in front of the entrance of the shot blasting chamber. 

When the workpiece head passes the detection device, after the PLC calculates and completes the delay, the shot supply gate valve automatically opens, and the workpiece starts to be shot blasted. 

As the workpiece moves forward, it is hit by projectiles until it leaves the shot blasting chamber and enters the roller table in the discharge section. When the tail of the workpiece completely leaves the cleaning room, after the calculation of the PLC and the completion of the delay, the gate valve for the pill is automatically closed. 

The workpiece is moved by the unloading device to the unloading rack on the discharge roller table, and the workpiece is manually unloaded by a crane or other devices. Repeat this process until the work is completed, and stop in sequence.

1. The dust removal system is turned on

2. The hoist is turned on

3. The roller system is turned on

4. The blast wheel is turned on

5. Load the workpiece on the feeding rack, and the feeding device moves the workpiece to the feeding roller table

6. The photoelectric switch detects the head of the workpiece, delays the count, and opens the projectile gate

7. The gate valve for projectile is opened, and the cleaning work starts

8. The photoelectric switch detects the workpiece, delays the count, and closes the gate for the projectile

9. On the delivery roller table, the workpiece is moved by the unloading device to the unloading rack, and the workpiece is manually unloaded

10. Repeat steps 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

11. If ready to stop working, go to step 12

12. Shut down the projectile gate → shut down the shot blaster → shut down the hoist → shut down the dust collector → shut down the roller table, the whole machine stops working.
