The shot blasting cleaning chamber body is welded by steel plate and section steel frame, and is equipped with an inspection door.

In order to prevent the projectile from being directly ejected into the chamber body, a replaceable cast chrome wear-resistant guard plate with a thickness of 10mm is installed on the wall of the shot blasting chamber, and is pressed with a special protective nut for easy disassembly and replacement. The guard plates are protected by lap joint,so that the steel shot does not directly hit the steel plate of the chamber shell.

There are sealing devices at both ends of the shot blasting chamber, and multiple wear-resistant rubber seals are installed in the sealing device to prevent projectiles from splashing out of the workpiece running channel. 

Note: The blanking of the steel plate is all made by laser cutting technology to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of each part.

The upper part of the shot blasting room is equipped with two DP180 shot blasting machines. The layout of the shot blasting wheel is simulated by computer 3D dynamic, and the angle and position of the layout are determined by the computer design to ensure the complete and thorough cleaning of the workpiece and minimize the blind area and dead angle.

The shot blasting wheel assembly consists of a shot blasting wheel, a motor, a base plate, etc., and is installed on the top of the cleaning chamber. The projectile enters the shot separation wheel from the introduction cylinder, and is sent to the blade through the directional sleeve window. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, a fan-shaped projectile beam is formed and projected onto the workpiece, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the workpiece. Adjusting the angle of the directional sleeve window can change the position of the projectile belt.

The DP180 shot blasting machine selected by this machine is a single-disc curved blade high-efficiency shot blasting machine produced by the American PANBORN technology. The technology is mature and stable; the shell welding adopts the one-time forming welding and the overall processing technology of the robot to ensure the assembly and dynamic balance accuracy. ⑧ Safety interlock

The shot blasting machine is interlocked with the shot supply gate, and the shot supply system cannot be started without the shot blasting machine being activated. When the inspection door of the chamber body is open and in the inspection state, the shot blasting machine cannot be opened.

Each shot blasting machine is equipped with a limit device. When the top cover of the shot blasting machine is opened for maintenance, the equipment cannot be started to ensure the safety of the maintenance personnel.
